Food and Music

The relationship between food and music has never been fully explored. Music’s role in the restaurant is to currently either be ignored background noise, or provide amusing conversations on “are there really sitar versions of ALL the beach boys catalogue?”.

However we know music can ruin a meal, with throbbing beats of bad dance too loud for conversation. I’m looking at you Thai fusion.

Here I attempt to do the opposite, use music to accentuate the cooking experience, and to add to the enjoyment of eating.
