Biographical Explanation

I am a writer and chef. This site acts as a repository for several facets of my writing; a constantly updating and changing portfolio. I specialize in food – due to my many years in the professional kitchen, art – due to my work with Musée, and travel – due to my constantly moving nature.

I began this site in 2010, I think, and it has been sporadically updated, purged, updated and revised with every new job, new idea and new problem. I should really stop the purging part.
